Jeremy Novy hails originally from Wisconsin where he earned degrees in graphic design and photography. He has been stenciling art on the streets of San Francisco for over 18 years. His stencils reflect a duo purpose of both enlivening the environment we live in by the creation of small pieces of art in unexpected places that everyone can enjoy for free. Frequently those images are coi fish outside art galleries and stores and by street art murals. He also creates gay imagery in response to what he says is a predominately male heterosexual street art community and to promote acceptance of the value of everyone's artwork regardless of sexual orientation.
Jeremy is currently living in New Orleans.
