Come support the feature Artist of the month and personal good friend, Steve Javiel for his solo showing at The Port Gallery September 6th for Oakland’s 1st Friday Art Murmur! Steve’s work captures the aesthetic of urban decay in a way that’s distinct to our everyday life in cities. Steve work’s are full of different elements like typography, graffiti, expression, and texture that one wants to touch and look at for a while. The Port Gallery is awesome and super supportive to the local scene—Went to every show at this venue and had a blast! Congrats Steve!—Also showing are koray Ekromoglu, Katia Goa, Jon Garaziar, Lisa Jablonski, Christina Ruana, Kieran Collins and Emilio Villalb and myself!
