“I’m continuing to explore and develop themes I’ve been working on over the last few years. Strange human/animal/toy hybrids are observed along their journeys across landscapes in scenes that resemble whimsical childhood fantasies, yet are bit unsettling. My paintings are inspired especially by Surrealism and the figurative painting styles of Rembrandt and Odd Nerdrum.”
