The One Thousand Thousand project has recently passed the point of 333,333 little paintings in an ongoing effort to eventually produce a million. In celebration of the project reaching The First Third milestone we’ll be presenting a large retrospective exhibit that covers the entire span of the project.
Archival images, ephemera, examples of early work and a multi-media display will detail the entirety of the project. A staggering amount of current and selected pieces by a number of the participating artists will be on display and many of these artists will be in attendance for the artists’ reception.
This opening is a part of the South First Fridays Art Walk and is free to attend. Due to the size of this retrospective Kaleid Gallery will not be presenting a second exhibition for this month.
