My first art residency and sequential exhibition happening this spring! I am honored to be offered the artist in residence position at my local collective workspace, TechShop (@techshopsf). Heuristic Forms is a visual exploration into the intersections of identity, form, culture, space, and connection. This new body of work is unlike anything from my past 10 years as a working artist. Through this residency program and exhibition, I have bridged my understandings of painting with my new findings in sculptural form, navigating the powerful connections between space, value, depth, gravity and shadow. One weekend only! OPENING Thursday April 20th 5-9pm, and viewing Friday 21 4-8pm and Saturday 22 4-8pm.
